Video Production for Organizers
If you're a beginner at social media or video, this class is for you.
Have you ever seen a cool or powerful video and thought, “I wish I could learn how to do that for my cause!”?
You can!
Whether you’re creating a video on a picket line, an informational TikTok for a campaign, or sharing a member’s story, video is an important part of storytelling for labor and community organizing.
In this session we will go over how to plan a video, how to produce a video with everyday equipment, how to capture a powerful interview and b-roll footage, editing, and ways to promote a video once it is produced. This class is best for beginners.
Join us to learn about video production! And please share with your friends, colleagues, and community.
